When I first spoke with her this past MAy she immediately took charge of the outstanding issues with my property. She handled them with determination, customer dedication, and professinalism. Since then it has been an absolute pleasure to work with her. I am elated to have her as my property manager. She is by far one of the best individuals in the real estate profession I have ever worked with and is a great example of excellent customer service.

The experience my husband Tony and I went through with our Realtor Deena Carvajal was exceptional. This was my first time going through the process of purchasing a home. It was an experience to remember. Starting in February/March 2007 through July 13, 2007 (our closing day), Deena was there for us guiding us all the way. She even took the time to send me various listing of homes via e-mail and also went as far as to pick me up on numerous occasions to visit a number of homes for sale. When we came upon our current residence, Deena and I felt the same way - THIS is the house! When it came down to the paperwork, she kept us on task and continued to guide us through the process. Whether it was in person or via e-mail, she made sure we had everything in place. She displayed professionalism, dedication, and a true love for what she does. It was a blessing for her to come into our lives and make our dreams come true. To this day, I consider her a true friend and confidant. I call her OUR Realtor!
